Preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technical systems in commercial, retail and industrial facilities. One agreement, one schedule, one reporting trail.
We maintain the systems buildings run on — air conditioning and ventilation, power distribution, pumps and mechanical plant, water and drainage, fire protection, standby power, low-current systems and building fabric. One contract, one point of contact, and one team that knows every system on the site.
Our work is built around planned, documented maintenance: identify the asset, service it on schedule, record what was done, and report what needs attention next. That discipline protects equipment, supports continuity of operations and keeps conditions safe and stable.
Every technical discipline maintained under one agreement — no gaps between contractors.
Scheduled, planned maintenance programmes rather than reactive call-outs alone.
Asset registers, visit reports, condition observations and clear recommendations.
Annual maintenance contracts and a consistent technical team that knows your facility.
A typical facility, drawn as a live plant schematic. Every glowing point is a system covered under one Proxima-EG agreement. Select one to see the maintenance scope and the assets it covers.
Each discipline is maintained under the same preventive programme, the same reporting standard and the same maintenance agreement. Visit frequency and the covered equipment list are set per facility following a site survey.
Boiler, water heater and calorifier inspection within the mechanical programme.
Works supervised in coordination with the facility’s appointed lift specialist.
Call-out support and priority attendance for operation-critical equipment.
Survey, register, plan, service, repair, report, review — applied to HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire, power and ELV alike. Every step is documented, so you keep a maintenance record for every asset.
Pick your facility type and the systems you run. The builder lays out a year of preventive visits, counts the written reports you will receive, and suggests the contract model that fits. It is a starting point — the real plan is set after a site survey.
Visit counts use 52 weekly, 26 bi-weekly, 12 monthly and 4 quarterly visits per system per year. Scope, frequency and pricing are confirmed per facility after a site survey; no standard price list is published.

Corrective maintenance covers fault diagnosis, repair, component replacement, verification, parts sourcing and a written record of the cause. Run the sequence to see a breakdown handled from first call to final report.
Response and attendance times are agreed per contract and per facility, and written into the maintenance agreement.
Maintenance is only useful to a facility or engineering manager if it is recorded. Every programme produces a written trail — six documents that build your facility’s maintenance history.
We plan around operating hours, tenant activity, shutdown windows and site access — and maintain multi-site operations under one agreement.
Five maintenance contracts across four clients in wood manufacturing, fitness and commercial retail — 2024 to today. Client names and reference contacts are provided on request.
Our objective is systems that keep running — measured by fault history rather than visit count.
A structured onboarding, so the first maintenance visit is planned against real site data rather than assumptions.
